The Vision of Swarna Dweep is to work with the Sri Lankan Government and private investors to locate its planned developments in various rural areas of Sri Lanka. Swarna Dweep’s projects will integrate with local communities in all of its planned tourism resorts, retirement homes and medical tourism destinations. This goal will be achieved by providing opportunities for direct employment, training, and by purchasing goods and services from local farmers, fishermen and businesses.

Our objective is to create significant portfolio investments under the Swarna Dweep umbrella. Those who are living and working outside Sri Lanka will have the opportunity to subscribe. Some may realize the goal of being able to settle in Sri Lanka in one of Swarna Dweep’s destinations as a result of their prudent investment.
